Jerusalem is said to be the most heavily policed city in the country, and that will likely remain the case as the war in the south rages on.Checkpoints have been set up across East Jerusalem. And videos are spreading online appearing to show the harassment of Palestinians at the hands of the police. Cars are being stopped and searched. There are videos of apparent police beatings. B | 　　在邬贺铨看来，建设适应智能体的域名与解析体系和进一步开发互联网基础资源能力非常重要。互联网基础资源的设置和衡量，需要综合考虑唯一性、公平性、安全性、便捷性和可扩展性等多重因素。　　在互联网基础资源的组织方式上，无论是中心化层级制还是去中心化的联盟制，都可以实现资源的全网唯一，两者各有优缺点。前者发展较为成熟，已有较完善的生态体系，并占据先发优势，但资源相对集中，在安全性和公平性方面仍存在进一步完善的空间。　　随着IPv6单栈加IPv4aaS的发展，互联网基础资源也面临新的需求，这同样意味着新的创新空间。

C | 互联网基础资源仍蕴藏着巨大的潜力，其功能有待进一步开发，以更好适应AI和智能体应用的发展。　　由于历史原因，中国在互联网基础资源获取方面通常处于相对被动的位置。因此，有必要更加重视构建全球互联网基础资源公平、合理分配的生态。　　面对AI和智能体兴起带来的新考验，互联网基础资源技术创新正当其时。
